These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to p898's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit a written complaint to p898 support, and p898 will endeavor to resolve the matter within fourteen (14) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
